Fees, Forms & Applications

The staff at Patagonia Town Hall will be glad to help you with permit applications and other forms you may need to complete and submit. You can call the Town Hall at (520) 394-2229, or stop by the offices in the Old Railroad Depot at 310 McKeown Avenue between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The forms and fees posted on the website are updated regularly, but you should always check with Town Hall to be sure you have current and correct information.
