ORDER OF PROTECTION INSTRUCTIONS

If you should require a protective order and the Court is closed you may request one on-line at AZCourtHelp.org. If you do not have a computer you may go to the Town’s Library and their hours of operation are 10 AM to 5 PM. You may obtain a brochure with more information located on the table next to the Court Office or you may visit this Court’s website at patagonia-az.gov then go to Municipal Court. You may also go to the Courthouse in Nogales, AZ to obtain an order of protection and they are located at 2160 N. Congress Drive or call 520.375.7730.

Order-2022-001 – Patagonia Municipal Court

The Early Actions Community Investment Agreement between The Town, The City of Nogales, The County and South32 has been officially executed. The next step was to submit Scopes of Work for each entity’s projects. The Town has submitted all Scopes of Work, and they were recently approved. The next step is to submit a line-item budget for each project; once all entities have approved it, South32 will fund the projects directly. Some projects are design-build, and some are design only. For the design-only projects, the construction funding will be included in Phase 1 CPBA Early Actions Direct Funding.
